  • U.S. ALTRUM Preferred Customers receive free shipping on orders more than $100. Canadian Preferred Customers receive free shipping on orders more than $130. When will my order arrive?
More than 99 percent of orders placed by 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours* and arrive within three days via ground delivery.

*Excludes out-of-stock, oversized and special orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery time for orders shipped from Superior, Wis. or shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer for delivery. ALTRUM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or other causes beyond our control.

Orders placed on weekends or major holidays are processed and shipped within three business days. Major holidays include New Year's Day (observed), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (observed).

Shipping & handling policy
Free standard ground shipping on orders of $100 or more is valid only for online/catalog retail orders shipped to a valid address in the contiguous United States, including APO and FPO military post boxes. ALTRUM does not ship to PO Boxes. The $100 threshold does not include taxes, fees or other charges. ALTRUM reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of this offer and to modify or cancel this offer at any time. No price adjustments will be provided on previous purchases.

Online/catalog retail orders less than $100 are subject to a flat $8.50 freight charge in the contiguous U.S.

*Orders containing only clothing and promotional materials totaling less than $20 are subject to $5 freight and handling at the time of shipment.

Shipping to Alaska
ALTRUM has partnered with Carlile Logistics to provide warehousing, distribution and other order fulfillment services for ALTRUM product orders in Alaska. For all shipments to Alaska add 7.5 percent to the total product cost for extra freight expenses. Freight charges will not be calculated or included in order totals when orders are placed online or by telephone due to the number of shipping options and complexity of freight rates within Alaska. Appropriate charges will be determined and applied when orders are shipped. Available services include the following:

Pickup — ALTRUM products can be picked up at the Carlile warehouse in Anchorage. Other than the 7.5 percent Alaska Freight Surcharge, no additional freight charges apply.

Deliver & Hold for Pickup — ALTRUM products can be shipped from the main Carlile warehouse in Anchorage to terminals in other cities and held for pickup by ALTRUM customers. The following rates and conditions apply.

Shipping to Hawaii
ALTRUM products are available through independent ALTRUM Dealers and selected retailers. To purchase in Hawaii, check your local Yellow Pages or find your nearest ALTRUM Dealer using the online Dealer locator.
Hawaiian orders are shipped from the Portland, Ore. or Superior, Wis. Distribution Centers. Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective method, and orders will be charged actual freight costs, which will be charged at the time the order is shipped. The actual cost of taxes and shipping may vary from what has been calculated in the online store due to county or municipal taxes or special shipping costs.

Small parcel shipments are typically shipped via USPS Flat Rate Boxes. Contact the USPS for current package options and rates. Contact the ALTRUM Distribution Center in Portland, Ore. with specific product and packaging questions.

*Orders containing only clothing and promotional materials totaling less than $20 are subject to $10 freight and handling at the time of shipment.

  • Postal mail-accepted addresses or PO Boxes are necessary for delivery through the U.S. Post Office.

Shipping to APO/FPO military post boxes
ALTRUM ships orders to APO and FPO military post boxes for customers' personal use only. All APO/FPO orders are shipped from the ALTRUM Distribution Center in Superior, Wis. Orders are shipped using U.S. Mail Parcel Post and orders will be charged actual freight costs, which will be charged at the time the order is shipped.

Delays and Special Circumstances when Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Due to the challenging nature of distributing packages to these addresses, delays beyond the control of ALTRUM may be experienced. Delays can be expected from time-to-time due to airline and customs inspections. We make every attempt to ship and track these orders to our military customers. However, once APO/FPO orders have been tendered for shipment to the USPS, we lose control of routing and may or may not be notified of damages or non-deliveries. Customs may refuse and/or destroy shipments at their discretion.

ALTRUM CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE DECISIONS AND CANNOT REPLACE DESTROYED ORDERS.

Sales tax
Because ALTRUM has Dealers in every U.S. state and Canadian province, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to states and provinces that have applicable sales tax requirements. ALTRUM has an established sales tax rate for all states and provinces.

Since ALTRUM is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes, the tax rate AMSOIL charges may be higher than just your sales tax. We also collect any additional taxes on lubricating products required by certain states and provinces.
Note: Freight charges, when shipped by common carrier, are exempt from sales tax in the following states: Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and ALTRUM reserves the right to revoke any offer or price inadvertently published due to error or omission.

Returns/exchanges and damaged products

  • Products must be unopened, currently marketed products in resalable condition.*
  • Products may be returned within 30 days of order date for full refund of purchase price and sales tax. No refund will be issued for freight charges.
  • Products may be exchanged within 90 days of order date with no restocking fee.
  • Products received in exchange must be of equal or greater value than those returned.
  • No exchange will involve cash refunds or credits.
  • Special-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products must be returned to the ALTRUM distribution center in Superior, Wis. at the customer's expense.
  • Customers who ship product ineligible for exchange to an the ALTRUM distribution center in Superior, Wis.are notified upon receipt and the ineligible product is held for 30 days.

* "Currently marketed" refers to the product's formulation and packaging. "Resalable condition" refers to the condition of the product itself and all packaging required to resell the product.

The Distribution Center Manager will make the final determination regarding the condition and acceptance of all products considered for a return or exchange. In situations where products do not meet the return/exchange guidelines, the customer will be contacted for disposition or return of any non-compliant products. In these cases, the customer is also responsible for return freight costs.

PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
If there is visible damage to your order upon delivery, refuse the order. It will be returned to ALTRUM for inspection and a new order will be sent at no extra charge to you. If you discover hidden damage after accepting delivery of your order, call 800-956-5695 for damaged product instruction.

CLOTHING RETURNS

  • Customers who would like to return or exchange their clothing purchase can return the item, in its original condition, within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.
  • Return freight charges are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect, in which case ALTRUM will reimburse the freight charges after inspection.
  • Returns are not accepted based on improper care (failure to follow washing instructions) or due to normal wear and tear.
  • Must be currently marketed products in resalable condition.

Include a copy of the invoice or a detailed note with your name, account number, order number and explanation of the return/exchange. A refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the order. If the order was prepaid by credit card, the card will be reimbursed.
